Cancellation Within 30 Days
If you decide to cancel your home warranty plan within the first 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any service fees or claims paid during this period. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after your cancellation request is approved.
Cancellation After 30 Days
For cancellations made after 30 days, we offer prorated refunds based on the remaining term of your plan. The refund amount will be calculated by deducting any service fees, claims paid, and administrative charges from the total coverage cost. You will be refunded for the unused portion of your plan.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or cancellation request, please contact our support team at support@innovawarranty.com. Include your policy number, full name, and reason for cancellation in your email. Our team will process your request and guide you through the next steps.
Non-Refundable Services
Please note that certain service fees, including claim fees or diagnostic costs incurred during your coverage, are non-refundable. Any claims processed before cancellation will also be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
